Due to COVID19, safety measures have been introduced by Apollo First Aid in accordance with standards outlined by the Canadian Red Cross. Prices have increased $5 per participant to reflect that.
If there are additional specific safety measures required by your company or group, it will be the responsibility of the company or group to provide them.
2 Day Course
A comprehensive course covering all aspects of first aid care.
Topics Include: Check Call Care, Choking, Breathing Emergencies, Circulation Emergencies, CPR/AED, Wound Care, Head and Spinal Injuries, Bone Muscle and Joint Injuries, Sudden Medical Emergencies, Environmental Emergencies and Poisoning.
Minimum 8 Participants
1 Day Course
A workplace oriented CPR course.
Topics Include: Check Call Care, Choking, Breathing Emergencies, Circulation Emergencies, and CPR/AED.
Minimum 4 Participants
1 Day Course
A workplace oriented first aid course.
Topics Include: Check Call Care, Choking, Breathing Emergencies, Circulation Emergencies, CPR/AED, and Wound Care.
Minimum 6 Participants
2 Day Course
A comprehensive pediatric first aid course for child care providers. No adult fist aid or CPR is taught in this course.
Topics Include: Check Call Care, Choking, Breathing Emergencies, Circulation Emergencies, CPR/AED, Wound Care, Head and Spinal Injuries, Bone Muscle and Joint Injuries, Sudden Medical Emergencies, Environmental Emergencies, Poisoning, Childhood Illnesses, and Keeping Children Safe.

1 Day Course
Recertification of Standard First Aid. Must be taken within 3 years of an equivalent course from an approved organization.

1 Day Course
Recertification of Child Care First Aid. Must be taken within 3 years of an equivalent course from an approved organization.

4-5 Hour Course
Recertification of CPR/AED certification. Must be taken within 3 years of an equivalent course from an approved organization.

This course is designed specifically for Health Care Practitioners.

Must be taken within one year of a BLS course from an equivalent organization.
This course is designed specifically for Health Care Practitioners.

1 or 2 day course (one day will include online portions to be completed in advance).
This course equips learners in developing a personal understanding of the effects of stress, loss, trauma and grief, with emphasis on self-care and personal protection. Learners will be introduced to a resiliency-building approach to emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing that teaches learners how to support themselves and others to cope with the effects of various types of stress.

Half Day Course
BLS Course Designed for Health Care providers in a pre-hospital or in-hospital setting.
Minimum 3 Participants
*This course meets the requirements for Alberta Health Services employees.
Approx 2.5 Hours
Recertification of BLS course. Aimed at health care providers who perform BLS skills frequently, such as members of a code team or EMS personnel. Must be taken within 1 year of taking the full BLS course.

Half Day Course
CPR Course aimed for those with little or no medical training wishing to become certified in CPR. This course is not OH&S approved for the workplace.

1 Day Course
Aimed at children 11 -14 who wish to become a certified babysitter.
Topics Include: How to be Responsible and Demonstrate Leadership, Good Decision Making, Managing Difficult Behaviours, How to Feed Diaper Dress and Play with Children and Babies, First Aid Skills, The Business of Babysitting, and more.
Minimum 8 Participants
6 Hour Course
For children 9-13. Participants learn to be safe when not in the direct supervision of a parent of guardian.
Topics Include: The Importance of Responsibility Respect and Being Accountable for Yourself, The Importance of Setting and Following Safety Rules, How to Stay Safe and Home and in the Community, Basic First Aid Skills, and more.
Minimum 8 Participants

Child and Infant Only CPR and First Aid for the Child Care Provider.
Adult, Child and Infant CPR and First Aid.
Adult, Child and Infant CPR and First Aid for the Healthcare Provider. This is a one year certification.
