How do I know which course to take?
Refer to your Occupational Health and Safety standards for workplace requirements. If the course is not workplace related, feel free to visit our courses page or send us a message to find out which course would work best for your lifestyle and situation.
What do I need to bring?
For First Aid and CPR courses all we need from you is a pen or pencil (notebook optional), a pair of closed-toed shoes, a willingness to learn and a good attitude!
For Advanced Courses, required materials will be outlined in pre-course communications.
Why can't I do First Aid Online?
Occupational Health and Safety indicated how many hours of teaching and in-person skills training must be performed in order to become certified in First Aid and CPR. All courses in Alberta require at least some in-class instruction. While blended (online and in-class) courses are available, fully online First Aid and CPR courses are not legitimate.
